Whilst the utmost care is taken that you receive your item in perfect condition, occasionally technical problems can occur. If your item is damaged or broken, you will be able to decorate another piece to the same value. Any slight flaws or irregularities that the firing process reveals are characteristic of hand-produced earthenware and, we hope you agree, add to the individual charm of a piece. Fun Pots Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage in excess of the amount paid for any piece of pottery, except where it may not lawfully exclude or limit liability.
